Congenital bronchopulmonary malformation - tracheal bronchus in children

Imaging of the rib cage was analyzed by computed tomography (CT) in 14 children (mean age 3,5±1,25 years) with congenital malformation – tracheal bronchus. Tracheal bronchus found all an emergency on right side. The malformed has a different origin: from middle segment trachea, lower and most near bifurcation trachea. This bronchial is clinico-imaged bronchopulmonary changes pneumonic infiltration, fibrotic matte glass imaging, segmental atelectasis changes, some are associated other birth defects.
